Should a patient wish to use their own existing frame when they purchase new lenses, the patient still qualifies for a second set of lenses at no charge. Patient’s own frame to be supplied to Eyetek upon order. The lens deal applies as above.
The promotion stipulates that both sets of lenses must be ordered at the same time to qualify for the promotion.
